Our Packages are tailored for your needs.
Package 1 - The Coach
This is popular for those Clients who have everything they need in their Project already, but just need a little additional help to edit their items and set up all their areas, to show them at their absolute best! During an Initial Consultation our team can provide a Coaching list of pre-sale or set up steps to take, how to position furniture, and which of their items to be used in the staging. Often we see Clients with the most beautiful personal items - and sometimes all they need is a little help with the most effective placement of all design elements.
Package 2 - Style & Supplement
This is popular for those Clients who just need the "finishing touches", ahead of their listing photos. We provide an initial consultation to establish the areas and number of rooms that we can help with, and from there we build a package of Styling Items which we rent to you as part of our Fees. During our Consultation we will also recommend any additional steps that the Client should take to maximize the appeal of their Project, if they are selling. Do not underestimate the impacts of beautiful neutral paint colours and a well maintained property!
Beautiful bedding, Fresh white towels, Toss Cushions, Counter area staging items, Staging Art (if required) provide those supplemental touches to your home or project that you don't want to have to purchase, but that makes
all the difference when presenting your Property.
Package 3 - Style & Retain
This is a popular option for those Clients who wish to have a Project Styled and set up, and who require assistance with the sourcing of Furniture Pieces and Finishing Touches, to be retained by the Client at the Project's Completion.
We provide an initial consultation to establish the requirements for all areas to be styled, and all items to be sourced and incorporated into the Project. This could be anything from one to two rooms, up to a full property.
